IDO1-IN-36 (10 μM) inhibits purified hIDO1 enzyme, with an IC50 of 0.72 μM and an inhibition rate of 98% at a concentration of 10 μM[1].
IDO1-IN-36 inhibits IFN-γ-induced IDO1 activity in MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells, with an EC50 of 381 nM[1].
IDO1-IN-36 exhibits 17-fold higher selectivity for purified hIDO1 over purified hTDO, with an IC50 of 12.3 μM against TDO[1].
