Biological Activity
Insulin-Transferrin-Selenium-Ethanolamine as a key component of DA-X serum-free medium, supports 8 adherent human cancer cell lines, namely HeLa, HepG2, A549, Panc‑1, SH‑SY5Y, SW620, PC‑3, and MCF‑7, to achieve stable adhesion, form slender pseudopodia, and maintain vigorous proliferation over a 5-day culture period[1].
