IR-990 is an activatable NIR-II fluorescent probe with an acceptor-π-acceptor (A-π-A) skeleton for real-time detection of H2O2 in vivo. IR-990 is a powerful diagnosis of agent-induced liver injury (DILI)[1].

In Vitro

IR-990 (0-30 μM) treatment shows high cell viability[1].
IR-990 (10 μM; 1 h) can sensitively visualize endogenous H2O2 levels in cells, and possess excellent ability to detect H2O2 in the cell model of acetaminophen-induced liver injury[1].
