Isomexoticin (1-100 μg/mL; 24 h) up-regulates EpCAM expression in human colon cancer HCT116 cells[1].
Isomexoticin (10-1000 μg/mL; 24 h) has low cytotoxicity against human colon cancer HCT116 cells (IC50 above 1000 μg/mL)[1].
