DSP-0390
DSP-0390 is an orally active inhibitor of emopamil binding protein (EBP). DSP-0390 induces cell death by blocking cholesterol biosynthesis in tumor cells. DSP-0390 exhibits antitumor activity in an orthotopic xenograft model of human glioblastoma. DSP-0390 can be used for the research of recurrent high-grade gliomas.
