Barusiban
Barusiban (FE-200440) is an oxytocin receptor (OT-R) antagonist (Ki=0.8 nM), inhibits OT-induced contraction. Barusiban can be used in preterm labor (PTL), in vitro fertilisation (IVF) and infertility research.
