BTA-1_b (BTA-1-CH3) is a structural analog of BTA-1 (HY-W278021). BTA-1 is an uncharged derivative of Thioflavin-T. It exhibits high affinity for Aβ fibrils and demonstrates excellent brain penetration and clearance capabilities.
