Cys-CPP44 paired with anti-GPC3 antibody constructs dual-ligand liposomes (1 mg/kg; intravenous injection; single administration), which display enhanced tumour-targeted accumulation and prolonged retention in orthotopic hepatocellular carcinoma tumours of BALB/c nu/nu mice, with 1.43-fold higher tumour fluorescence intensity at 24 h post-administration relative to unmodified liposomes^[1].
