PD24

PD24 is an AChE and BuChE inhibitor (hAChE IC₅₀: 1.72 μM; eeAChE IC₅₀: 1.76 μM; eqBuChE IC₅₀: 2.64 μM). PD24 also has antioxidant activity, and inhibits DPPH (IC₅₀: 28.72 μM). PD24 can be used for research of Alzheimer’s disease.
