San45 (serial dilutions; 30 min) maintains potent, nonselective DACRA activity across CTR, AMY₁R, and AMY₃R in COS-1 cells, with pEC₅₀ values of 9.19 (CTR), 8.83 (AMY₁R), and 9.34 (AMY₃R)^[1].
San45 (4 μM (AMY₃R complex); 2 μM (CTR complex)) binds to AMY₃R via a distorted bypass conformation and to CTR via an alternative CT-like conformation, stabilized by its lipid modification, supporting its nonselective DACRA activity^[1].
