K22
Based on 1 Customer Validation
K22 is an anti-Coronaviral compound. K22 reduces double-stranded RNA. K22 displays antiviral activity beyond the Coronavirinae subfamily, namely against nidoviruses of the Torovirinae subfamily (EToV and WBV) and members of the Arteriviridae family (PRRSV, EAV). K22 displays antiviral activity against HCoV-229E.

Biological Activity
K22 (0.1-100 μM; 3 h inoculation) potently inhibits HCoV-229E plaque formation in MRC-5 cells with an IC50 of 0.7 μM[1].
K22 (20 μM; 6 h) does not impact Rapamycin (HY-10219)-induced cellular autophagy in Huh7 cells at a concentration of 20 μM[1].
K22 (40 μM; 4 h) potently inhibits EToV replication in E-Derm cells, with a 3.5 log10 reduction in viral titre[2].
K22 (30-50 μM; 4 h) dose-dependently inhibits WBV replication in EPC cells, with a 1.6 log10 reduction in viral RNA at 50 μM[2].
K22 (10-40 μM; 4 h pre-infection, 48 h post-infection) potently inhibits PRRSV replication in MARC-145 cells, with a maximal 6.1 log10 reduction in viral titre[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
