ActRIIB-IN-2 (Compound 3) potently inhibits ActRIIB in a cell-free biochemical assay with an IC₅₀ of 1.1 nM^[1].

In Vivo

ActRIIB-IN-2 (10 mg/kg; daily for 16 days) alleviates weight loss, muscle atrophy, and muscle strength in BABL/c mice inoculated with CT26 cells without affecting tumor size, and slightly improves appetite^[1].
