Atesidorsen

(Synonyms: COR-004; ATL1103; ISIS 227452)

Atesidorsen (COR-004, ATL1103) is an antisense oligonucleotide targeting the growth hormone receptor (GHR). Atesidorsen binds to GHR mRNA, inhibits human GHR translation, and reduces GHR synthesis through RNase H degradation. Atesidorsen reduces hepatic GHR mRNA and serum IGF-I. Atesidorsen can be used in research related to acromegaly.
