In Vitro

CASP3 activator 1 (compound 1541) (30 μM; 3 hours) potently activates recombinant procaspase-3 with an EC₅₀ of 0.5-10 μM following a 3-hour incubation at 37°C^[1].
CASP3 activator 1 (0.5-10 μM; 5 hours) potently activates recombinant procaspase-6 with an EC₅₀ of 0.5-10 μM following a 5-hour incubation at 37°C^[1].
