IAA65 (50 µM; differentiated ND7/23 cells) causes a significant reduction in the current density generated by T-type Ca²⁺ channel activation^[1].
IAA65 (50 µM; differentiated ND7/23 cells) alters the steady-state inactivation of Cav3.2 and Cav3.3 T-type Ca²⁺ channels, which resulted in a significant increase in the inactivation recovery time of the channels^[1].
