IT1208 is a humanized anti-CD4 monoclonal IgG1 antibody. IT1208 depletes CD4+ T cells with a manageable safety profile in vivo. IT1208 can be used for colon cancer research.

Animal Model:Human B cell lymphoma Raji cells (1 × 106, i.p.) induced-mice prior to Healthy human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) (20 × 106, i.p.)[2]

Dosage:200 μg

Administration:i.p., twice a week for 4 weeks

Result:Effectively prevented the development of xenogeneic GVHD in mice in experiments using cells from 3 donors.
Exerted only a partial preventive effect on xenogeneic GVHD in mice in the experiment using cells from 1 single donor.
Significantly prevented GVHD-associated damage to target tissues including the skin, salivary glands, liver and lung in mice.
Unconjugated
The product can be reconstituted/diluted with sterile PBS or saline.
