Izicopan
Izicopan (INF056) is a complement factor C5a receptor (C5aR1) antagonist. Izicopan inhibits C5a-induced calcium mobilization with an IC50 of 10-100 nM. Izicopan is applicable for the research of complement-mediated inflammatory responses.

C5aR1 (CD88) is the major G protein-coupled receptor for the terminal complement anaphylatoxin C5a. Upon binding to C5a, it amplifies Ca2+ mobilization, chemotaxis, degranulation and proinflammatory cytokine release, and serves as a key oral small-molecule target for blocking complement-mediated inflammation[1].
