PRN100

PRN100 is a fully humanized anti-prion protein (PrPᶜ) monoclonal antibody belonging to the IgG_4κ isotype. By binding to and stabilizing cellular prion protein, PRN100 aims to prevent the recruitment and conversion of cellular prion protein into pathogenic, self-propagating prion (PrPˢᶜ) aggregates. PRN100 can be used for the research of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease.
