Liposomal adjuvant (M107)
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Liposomal adjuvant (M107) is mainly composed of phospholipids and prepared with highly purified immunostimulatory substances, with a pH value of 5-7. This adjuvant is safe, non-toxic, and metabolizable. It can induce strong Th1-mediated cellular immunity. This adjuvant is suitable for various pet vaccines, such as feline panleukopenia, rhinotracheitis, calicivirus (FRC), canine distemper, adenovirus, parvovirus, parainfluenza (DAPP), and others.

Biological Activity
Filtration of the antigen before mixing with the adjuvant is recommended.
1. Mix adjuvant with antigen solution at a 1:9 ratio
(100μL adjuvant per 900μL antigen):
a. Add adjuvant dropwise with constant mixing to the immunogen solution.
b. Pipet up and down several times to ensure correct absorption of antigen by adjuvant and incubate ~10 minutes.
NOTE: Ratio should be determined and optimized based on experimental conditions (1:19~1:4).
2. Inject into the animal, the volume depends on the site of injection.
Note: After opening, store the product refrigerated at 2–8°C and used within 3 months as soon as possible. Avoid high temperature, high pressure, and repeated freezing and thawing.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
