MASP-2-IN-1 (1 h) inhibits purified human MASP-3 with an IC₅₀ of 13.2 μM, and exhibits selective activity for MASP-2 over MASP-3^[1].
MASP-2-IN-1 exhibits poor stability in mouse plasma with a half-life of 4.4 h^[1].
