Metiram is widely used to protect crops such as tomatoes, potatoes, apples, grapevines, etc. Human and environmental exposure from the representative use of Metiram on potatoes is considered non-negligible. Metiram is considered necessary in the control of serious threats to plant health that cannot be suppressed by other available means, including non-chemical methods.
