Description

MG1 peptide is an M1 microglia-targeting peptide with blood-brain barrier permeability. MG1 peptide can be used in studies related to ischemic stroke and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury[1][2].

In Vitro

MG1 peptide-modified engineered nanoerythrocytes can cross the in vitro blood-brain barrier, precisely target M1 microglia, drive the polarization of microglia toward the anti-inflammatory M2 phenotype, and alleviate neuroinflammation[1].
