Biological Activity
MG1 peptide-modified engineered nanoerythrocytes can cross the in vitro blood-brain barrier, precisely target M1 microglia, drive the polarization of microglia toward the anti-inflammatory M2 phenotype, and alleviate neuroinflammation[1].
