Momordicoside L shows moderate cytotoxicity against HL60 (Leukemia), CRL1579 (Melanoma), A549 (Lung), SK-BR-3 (Breast), and AZ521 (Stomach) cells, with IC₅₀ values of 37.2 ± 2.7, 11.9 ± 2.2, >50, >50, and 19.9 ± 1.5 μM, respectively^[1].
