NIP-22c is a novel coronavirus 3CLpro inhibitor. The EC50 for Verona, Calu3, Caco2 and HBTEC-ALI were 4.6, 1.1, 0.1 and 0.6 μM, respectively. NIP-22c has antiviral activity.
