PHOME
Based on 1 Customer Validation
PHOME is a fluorogenic substrate for sEH. sEH can hydrolyze the epoxy ring in the PHOME substrate. PHOME can be used for fluorescent epoxide hydrolase assay.

Biological Activity
PHOME enters the sEH active site and is hydrolyzed by sEH to generate the fluorescent product 6-methoxy-2-naphthaldhyde. The fluorescence intensity of 6-methoxy-2-naphthaldhyde can be detected by a fluorescence detector to evaluate the activity of sEH or the efficacy of sEH inhibitors[2].
PHOME can be used to develop the liquid chromatography-biochemical detection (LC-BCD) system for efficient screening and quantitative analysis of sEH inhibitors[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
