Glycine Transporter-2 (GlyT2)^[1]

Oleoyl-D-lysine (30 mg/kg，50 mg/kg，100 mg/kg; i.p.) effectively reversed neuropathic pain in a mouse model of chronic neuropathic (chronic contraction injury) pain，reaching peak analgesia at 30 mg/kg without causing respiratory depression; mild side effects were observed at 100 mg/kg，but convulsions were not induced^[1].
