OMTX005 (OMTX705 antibody) is a humanized anti-FAP IgG1 monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human (EC50: 0.33 nM)/mouse (EC50: 0.14 nM) FAP proteins and FAP-positive cells. OMTX005 exhibits no cytotoxicity when used alone and fails to induce an increase in caspase 3/7 activity in relevant cells. OMTX005 can be used to synthesize the ADC molecule OMTX705 for tumor research[1].

In Vitro

OMTX005 specifically binds to FAP-expressing HT1080-FAP cells and primary CAF07 cells, with EC50 values of 76 pM and 130 nM, respectively[1].
OMTX005 (5 days) does not reduce the viability of HT1080-WT, HT1080-FAP or primary CAF07 cells[1].
OMTX005 (400 nmol/L; 0-48 h) does not induce caspase 3/7 activity in HT1080-WT, HT1080-FAP or primary CAF07 cells[1].
