Genipin 1-β-D-gentiobioside (Genipin 1-gentiobioside) is one of the most abundant and bioactive iridoid glycosides in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, which possesses hepatoprotective, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antithrombotic activities.

Rehmannioside A is a compound that can be isolated from Rehmanniae radix. Rehmannioside A is an inhibitor of CYP3A4, 2C9 and 2D6, with IC₅₀ values of 10.08, 12.62 and 16.43 μM, respectively. Rehmannioside A has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-apoptosis, anti-ferroptosis, cognitive improvement and neuroprotective activities. Rehmannioside A can be used for the research of nervous system and inflammation-related diseases.

Dihydroactinidiolide, existing in plant leaves and fruits, is a potent plant growth inhibitor, a regulator of gene expression and is responsible for photo acclimation in Arabidopsis. Dihydroactinidiolide has antioxidant activity, antibacterial activity, anticancer activity and neuroprotective effect. Dihydroactinidiolide is also an inhibitor of AChE (IC50=34.03 nM) and has scavenging activities for DPPH and (.NO). Dihydroactinidiolide is present in plant leaves and fruits and is a potent plant growth inhibitor, regulator of gene expression, and responsible for light adaptation in Arabidopsis.

Secologanin is an iridoid monoterpenoid glucoside found in the leaves of Lonicera tatarica and a key precursor for thousands of natural monoterpenoid alkaloids.

Sesamoside is an orally active anti-inflammatory, anti-hypoxic and analgesic agent. Sesamoside inhibits the phosphorylation of ERK and JNK, downregulates NLRP3 expression, restricts the nuclear localization of P65, regulates AKR1B1 expression, and reduces the expression of TRPV1 gene in the spinal cord. Sesamoside reduces the production of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, iNOS and NO, restores cellular metabolism and organ function, and alleviates cold and mechanical hyperalgesia. Sesamoside can be used in research related to septic shock, high-altitude pulmonary edema and neuropathic pain.

Methyl deacetylasperulosidate (6α-Hydroxygeniposide; Deacetylasperulosidic acid methyl ester) is an iridoid compound that acts as a laxative agent with blood glucose-lowering activity. It induces a laxative effect in mice and lowers blood glucose levels in normal mice.

Aucubin (Standard) is the analytical standard of Aucubin. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Aucubin, an iridoid glucoside, is isolated from Plantago asiatica, Eucommia ulmoides, the leaves of Aucuba japonica and more recently from butterfly larva. 8-Epiloganic acid, an iridoid glucoside, can be found in Linaria cymbalaria (Scrophulariaceae).

Cantleyoside is a natiural iridoid glycoside that could be found in the Roots of Dipsacus asper.

Picroside III is an iridoid glycoside isolated from Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora (PS), a traditional Chinese medicine.

6'-O-beta-D-Glucosylgentiopicroside is a secoiridoid isolated from the roots of G. straminea. 6'-O-beta-D-Glucosylgentiopicroside strongly suppresses N-formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine (fMLP)-induced superoxide generation.
