Biological Activity
PAT-IN-1 (compound 13) completely inhibits growth of RJY1941 (control) at 20 μΜ, but has no detectable effect at lower concentrations. PAT-IN-1 inhibits (100%) the growth of RJY1942 (palmitoylation sensitive) at 5 μΜ[1].
