Pep63 can block the interaction of EphB2-ADDLs (Aβ-derived diffusible ligands) effectively and reverse impaired memory deficits in early AD mouse models by stereotactic administration into the dorsal hippocampus^[1].
Transferrin-liposome is a carrier for the delivery of Pep63 to the brain by transferrin receptor (TfR)-mediated transcytosis^[1].
