Pepinh-TRIF (40 μM, 6 hours) blocks the expression and production of IL-33 stimulated by polyI:C or flagellin, and also greatly suppresses the stimulated IκB-α phosphorylation and degradation in HCECs[1].
Pepinh-TRIF (40 μM, 6 hours) suppresses NF-κB activation with p65 protein nuclear translocation [1].
