Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
Pinoquercetin (Compound 6) (30 min) displays strong antioxidant activities in an in vitro DPPH radical scavenging activity assay[1].
Pinoquercetin (10 μM; 2 h) provides 43.0% cytoprotection against H2O2-induced oxidative cell death in PC12 cells when control cell survival is 40%[1].
