PknB-IN-3 is a Mycobacterium tuberculosis Protein kinase B (PknB) inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.06 μM. PknB-IN-3 inhibits growth of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and can be used for the research of tuberculosis[1].

In Vitro

PknB-IN-3 (Compound 4b) potently inhibits purified recombinant M. tuberculosis PknB protein with an IC50 of 0.06 μM[1].
PknB-IN-3 (0.1-100 μg/mL; 7 days) inhibits the growth of M. tuberculosis H37Ra with an MIC of 3.1 μg/mL[1].
PknB-IN-3 (12.50 μg/mL) exhibits no detectable cytotoxicity toward Caco-2 cells[1].
