Biological Activity
Plant Cell Acidity Indicator Solution (Neutral Red Method) stains the cell walls of living Allium cepa epidermal cells when used in distilled water (pH 5.5-6), and accumulates in vacuoles when used in calcareous tap water (pH 7-7.5)[1].
