Animal Model:H292 tumor-bearing mice (female, 8 weeks, 18-25 g, injected subcutaneously in both flanks with 5 × 106 H292 human lung cancer cells)[2]

Dosage:10, 110, 510 µg or 5 mg/kg

Administration:Intravenous injection (i.v.)

Result:At 72 hours after injection, the tumor uptake was the highest in the 10 µg and 110 µg groups.

Immobilized ALCAM/CD166 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc, HY-P7471) can bind Praluzatamab. The EC50 for this effect is 13.78 ng/mL. -
Flow cytometric analysis of 106 Jurkat cells with Praluzatamab (HY-P99788, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control
