SRPK2
SRPK2 is a serine/threonine kinase of the CMGC group that specifically phosphorylates serine residues within the arginine/serine-rich (RS) domains of SR splicing factors. By controlling nuclear import and modulating the activity of SRSF proteins, it couples cytoplasmic signaling to the regulation of alternative pre-mRNA splicing. SRPK2 is broadly expressed with particularly high levels in the nervous system, and it influences cell-cycle progression, apoptosis and neuronal gene-expression programs. Aberrant SRPK2 signaling has been linked to tumor growth and to altered splicing of angiogenic transcripts, making the kinase a target of interest for small-molecule inhibitor research in oncology.

The EpCAM/TROP1 protein serves as an important homogeneous interacting molecule that promotes direct contact between intestinal epithelial cells (IEC) and intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) in the mucosal epithelium. This feature helps establish an immune barrier against mucosal infections. EpCAM/TROP1 Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived EpCAM/TROP1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag.
