Biological Activity
The MICs of Pseudin-2 ranges from 2 to 4 μM (in low ionic strength buffer) against nearly all bacterial strains, except P. aeruginosa, against which it had a MIC of 8 μM. Pseudin-2 also exerts potent antimicrobial activity against antibioticresistant bacteria and pathogenic fungal cells[1].
