Description

RAPT-37-Me is a GCN2-targeting agent with IC₅₀ values of 0.002μM, ＞ 10 μM,4.40 μM and 1.31 μM for GCN2, PERK, HRl and PKR, respectively^[1].

In Vitro

RAPT-37-Me (0-10 μM, 72 h) exhibits a U-shaped viability response in MOLM-16 cells, causing the most significant decrease in cell viability at intermediate concentrations (around 0.01 μM), while showing reduced inhibitory effects at both lower and higher concentrations^[1].
RAPT-37-Me (0.05-0.12 μM, 8 h) increases the expression of ATF4 ^[1].
RAPT-37-Me (0.01-0.37 μM, 8 h) increases the expression of p-GCN2 while shows no effect on the expression of GCN2 ^[1].
