Description

RIPK3-IN-7 is a RIPK3 inhibitor that suppresses the RIPK3-mediated necroptosis pathway. RIPK3-IN-7 can be used for research on necroptosis and inflammation-related diseases[1].

In Vitro

RIPK3-IN-7 (LK-18) (20 μM) inhibits RIPK3-mediated necrosis in L929 cells and HT29 cells, with an EC50 of 1.2 μM, has a high selectivity ratio (CC50/EC50) of 44.3, and does not induce Caspase-3 activation at 20 μM[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
