Description

RMC-3943 is an allosteric SHP2 inhibitor (inhibition of full-length SHP2 in biochemical assay, IC50 = 2.19 nM)[1].

In Vitro

RMC-3943 inhibits pERK in PC9 cells, with an IC50 of 35.5 nM[1].
RMC-3943 (0-10 μM) produces a concentration-dependent inhibition of proliferation of SK-MEL-113 cells[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
