    Sacituzumab govitecan (IMMU-132) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Trop-2 for delivery of SN-38. The antibody portion is Sacituzumab (HY-P99045), and the drug-linker conjugate for ADC is CL2A-SN-38 (HY-128946). Sacituzumab govitecan shows anticancer activity[1].

    In Vitro

    Sacituzumab govitecan (10 µM; 48 h) upregulates the early pro-apoptotic signaling markers (cleaved caspase3/7, cleaved PARP, p53 and p21), causes PARP cleavage and apoptosis[3].
