Animal Model:

CD1 (adult male, 6-8 weeks, chronic constriction injury model)^[2]
Dosage:

Did not alter CCI-induced mechanical or thermal hyperalgesia.
Left mechanical and thermal pain thresholds at reduced levels seen in vehicle-treated CCI mice.
