Description

SHR-1701 (Retlirafusp alfa) is a bifunctional fusion protein targeting PD-L1 and TGF-β for cancer research[1].

In Vitro

SHR-1701 (10 μg/mL) can inhibit TGF-β signaling pathway, activate PI3K/Akt/Erk signaling pathway, rescue lymphocytes and restore the anti-tumor function of peripheral blood CD8+ T cells in patients with lung cancer[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
