SHR-2010 (0.390625-50 nM; 60 s) binds with high affinity to human and rhesus monkey MASP-2 (KD of 3.49×10-10 M and 1.38×10-10 M, respectively) and weak affinity to mouse MASP-2 (KD = 3.81×10-8 M)[1].
SHR-2010 (30 min with serum at 4°C) potently inhibits the lectin pathway in human serum (IC50 = 6.44 nM) and rhesus monkey serum (IC50 = 144.2 nM) but has no effect on rodent serum lectin pathway activity[1].
SHR-2010 (3.2-2000 nM; 30 min) selectively inhibits only the lectin pathway, with no effect on the classical or alternative complement pathways in human serum at concentrations up to 2000 nM[1].
