SIWA318H is an adbanvced glycation end product (AGE) specific antibody. SIWA318H selectively binds to advanced glycation end product biomarkers, human FcγRIIIa, and pancreatic cancer cells, and cancer-associated fibroblasts. SIWA318H suppresses tumor growth in mouse PSN1 xenografts. SIWA318H can be used for the research of pancreatic cancer[1][2][3].

In Vitro

SIWA318H reacts to human pancreatic cancer PSN1 cells and cancer-associated fibroblasts CAF08 via immunofluorescent staining[1].
SIWA318H (0.1-1000 µg/mL; 2 h) binds specifically to CML-BSA in a concentration-dependent manner, with no binding to unmodified BSA[2].
SIWA318H (10-4-104 µg/mL; 2 h) binds to human FcγRIIIa with an EC50 of 59 µg/mL[2].
SIWA318H (1×10-6-1×100 mg/mL; 6 h) induces concentration-dependent ADCC against PSN1 pancreatic cancer cells[2].

In Vivo

SIWA318H (5-20 mg/kg; twice weekly; 3 weeks) suppresses pancreatic tumor growth in humanized CD34+ NSG mice bearing PSN1 xenografts, with no significant treatment-related weight loss[1].

Animal Model: Humanized CD34+ NSG mice subcutaneously injected with PSN1 pancreatic cancer tumor cells[1]
Dosage: 20 mg/kg (initial dose), followed by 10 mg/kg (subsequent doses); 10 mg/kg (initial dose), followed by 5 mg/kg (subsequent doses)
Administration: twice weekly; 3 weeks
Result: Suppressed tumor growth by 68.8%.
Achieved a 60% complete remission rate.
Suppressed tumor growth by 61.5%.
Achieved a 77.8% complete remission rate.
Showed no significant antibody treatment-related weight loss.
