SLH1102405
SLH1102405 is a Spinster homolog 2 (Spns2) inhibitor. SLH1102405 inhibits Spns2-mediated release of sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) with an IC50 of 651 nM. SLH1102405 blocks the export of S1P from endothelial cells and other cells to the extracellular space through hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interactions via targeted binding to the Spns2 transporter, thereby locally modulating S1P signaling and inhibiting the chemotaxis and migration of immune cells such as lymphocytes. SLH1102405 can be used for research on autoimmune diseases.
