Disulfidptosis: Actin Cytoskeleton Collapse Under Disulfide Stress
Disulfidptosis is a recently identified form of regulated cell death driven by disulfide stress and characterized by collapse of the actin cytoskeleton rather than by the canonical mechanisms that define apoptosis, necroptosis, ferroptosis, pyroptosis, or other established cell death programs.
