Topoisomerase II-IN-24 (Compound 8) (10 μM) exhibits potent cytotoxicity against multiple cancer cell lines, especially NCI-H522 and UACC-62 with GI% of 97.7% and 98.95%, respectively[1].
Topoisomerase II-IN-24 has a GI50 of 2.61 μM in HT-29 colon cancer cells and an IC50 of 44.37 μM in FHC normal colon cells[1].
Topoisomerase II-IN-24 (0.1-100 μM) exhibits dose-dependent Topoisomerase IIα inhibitory activity with an IC50 of 41.67 μM[1].
Topoisomerase II-IN-24 (2.61 μM, 24 h) induces G2/M phase arrest in HT-29 cells[1].
