Topoisomerase II-IN-24 

Topoisomerase II-IN-24 is a Topoisomerase IIα inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 41.67 μM. Topoisomerase II-IN-24 can inhibit cancer cells proliferation, induce G2/M phase arrest and induce apoptosis. Topoisomerase II-IN-24 can be used for the research of cancer, such as colon cancer^[1].

Topoisomerase II-IN-24 (Compound 8) (10 μM) exhibits potent cytotoxicity against multiple cancer cell lines, especially NCI-H522 and UACC-62 with GI% of 97.7% and 98.95%, respectively^[1].
Topoisomerase II-IN-24 has a GI₅₀ of 2.61 μM in HT-29 colon cancer cells and an IC₅₀ of 44.37 μM in FHC normal colon cells^[1].
Topoisomerase II-IN-24 (0.1-100 μM) exhibits dose-dependent Topoisomerase IIα inhibitory activity with an IC₅₀ of 41.67 μM^[1].
Topoisomerase II-IN-24 (2.61 μM, 24 h) induces G2/M phase arrest in HT-29 cells^[1].
Topoisomerase II-IN-24 (2.61 μM, 24 h) induces apoptosis and increases the caspase-3 level in HT-29 cells^[1].
