In Vitro

Topoisomerase II inhibitor 12 (Compound 8c) shows anti-proliferative activities with IC50 values of 8.80 ± 0.12, 7.13 ± 0.20, 6.56 ± 0.15, 10.99 ± 0.23, 10.71 ± 0.03 and 13.27 ± 0.32 μM against HepG2, HCT116, MDA-MB-231, Hela, K562 and PDLSC cells, respectively[1].
