UAWJ-247 potently inhibits SARS-CoV-2 Mpro, stabilizes tag-free Mpro, binds to Mpro dimers, and forms π-stacking interactions with His41[1].
UAWJ-247 (5 days) is non-toxic to various cell lines, such as Caco-2 and Vero, with CC50s > 100 μM[1].
UAWJ-247 (3 days) inhibits SARS-CoV-2 replication in Vero E6 cells, with an EC50 of 2.06 μM in plaque assay[1].
UAWJ-247 (1.1-100 μM; 48 h) inhibits SARS-CoV-2 replication in Vero E6 cells with an EC50 of 6.81 μM in the immunofluorescence assay[1].
